    I just bought a biisafe buddy and trying to sign up and register and keep saying that it can't not authorize "mongo" database? Why is so hard to register?

    please respond me solution otherwise I want to refund.

    1. I bought the biisafe buddy, and I cannot get my iPhone 6 or an old iPhone 5 to recognize it. Bluetooth is on. Could there be other things I'm doing wrong, or is it possible that the battery was drained already in the store? Before buying a new battery, I want to make sure I've tried everything else.

    2. Can multiple accounts be linked with the same buddy?

    3. Does the buddy work on Cellular data?
